Duck harvest

Our ducks have been getting a bit slack in the egg laying department so two of them got turned into an amazing curry by my friend Prazoly. As Prazoly didn’t want the skins on I skinned them and rendered the fat. I nearly got a quart or 700 grams of duck fat from 2 ducks. Which is excellent. 

  
There is going to be some great roast potatoes made with this jar of gold.
