The days are getting longer and the first signs of the coming spring are springing.
The Tagasaste is flowering
The Stone Pines (where pine nuts come from) are slow but steady growers. This year they have what looks like seed pods but I am not really sure. What I am sure of is that the next generation will be able to enjoy pine nuts. And that is why we are doing this.
