Today I got stuck in to tiling the island bench splash back. The trick was to cut all the tiles first making sure everything was going to fit before I mixed the glue. This plan worked pretty well and looks like we thought it would. GOOD!! It will be capped with an oiled Ironbark cap about 140mm wide which should look great too. The area underneath the benches will be tiled also.
If you have not seen it before, yes the ceiling is black corrugated iron.
