We have had a heap of rain over the past few days, 40mm in half an hour on Monday and our creek is now a babbling brook. This doesn’t happen very often so it is always very exciting when the creek has more in it than just dust. Now we can sit on the creek bank and watch the Faeries that live in the copse at the bottom of our hill racing in leaf boats. It is also great to have rain just before the start of spring to kick off the growing season.
